How do I get tickets?
You can purchase up to 10 tickets using all major debit, credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay on our website, click here.
How much are the tickets?
Experiences are better when enjoyed together so we offer sweet bundle deals if you experience it with someone else! Updated tickets and Bundle deals can be viewed in detail here.
Can I exchange my ticket?
Yes!! Simply pull up your ticket/email confirmation and you will see a button/link to "Exchange Tickets", which will take you to your account (My Tickets) upon Login. Navigate to the order containing the tickets you would like to exchange. Next, select whether you would like to exchange tickets for others in the same event or if you want to select a different date. Then, select the tickets you want to exchange. You may select anywhere from one ticket up to every ticket in the order. Then, review your request and your exchange will be processed! Please note that your tickets may only be exchanged for the same price level as offered at a different time or date. Upgrades are not available at this time.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Absolutely. We would hate for your tickets to go unused. There is no name association with the ticket so you may simply send your QR code or email confirmation to your friend or family member for admission.
Are tickets refundable?
All Sales are final and no refunds will be issued. We gladly allow ticket exchanges and ticket transfers for another date. For Ticketing Issues, please contact our customer care at 888.718.4253 Option# 1
What time do I need to arrive for my timed ticket?
We want you to enjoy the whole experience and have plenty of time for great phtos so please arrive within the first 5 minutes of your purchased slot (i.e. Arrive at 3:25 PM for a 3:30 - 4:00 PM Ticket) and no later than 15 minutes after the beginning of your time slot (I.e. No later than 3:45 PM for a 3:30-4:00 PM Ticket).
When will I receive my tickets via email / text message?
You should receive your tickets shortly after your purchase. Please ensure you have entered your mobile number correctly and/or check your Junk/Spam mailbox as the email may have gotten sent there.
Can I buy/add tickets at the door?
Yes, however there may be a 10-15 min. wait if we are booked for that time slot. We're trying to keep groups socially distanced from each other!
Do babies get in free?
Babies who do not walk yet get in for free. If your child is walking, they will need a child ticket.
Is photography allowed?
It is encouraged! DSLR cameras are allowed in Donut Life Museum. Our staff is happy to assist you in taking pictures throughout the exhibit. If you are a member of the press, please contact email@example.com to make prior arrangements.
What is Donut Life Museum?
Donut Life Museum is an interactive pop-up experience where visitors can have memorable, joyful experiences that can be captured through the lens of a camera. Prepare to enter a world filled with smiles, laughs, one of a kind donut installations, multi-sensory immersive rooms, and a whole lot of selfie moments that you don’t want to miss! This experience is great for all ages.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes! We also have a spot to park strollers inside if you'd like to store it there.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, you can bring your furry friend! You'll need to purchase a ticket specifically for your pet and be sure that they're potty trained! We have fake grass in one exhibit, and we wouldn't want your pet to think it's a bathroom.
Why do I need socks?
You will be asked to remove your shoes upon entering. Socks are required to protect the art on the floor, and for sanitation purposes for certain rooms such as baby room and ball pit area.
Do I need to wear a face mask if I am fully vaccinated?
It is not required for those fully vaccinated and it is your choice if you would like to still wear one. We don't make face masks mandatory for vaccinated guests but we recommend it if you are not vaccinated.
